Find Your Dream Home
Based on your criteria, we’ll send you listings that we know will work best for you. We’ll also set you up with our app and MLS alerts so new listing will go straight to your inbox. After finding homes online and touring them in person, we’ll decide which home is best for you!
STEP 4:
Submit an Offer
During this time we’ll offer our profession opinion to help you write a compelling offer. One of the most critical aspects of getting your offer accepted is creating an offer that stands out and appeals to the seller’s motivations. Fortunately for you, we’re experts in this market and you can trust that we’ll always perform in your best interests.
After our offer is accepted, we’ll guide you through the due diligence process. That means coordinating inspections, appraisals, and any necessary assessments to ensure the property meets your expectations. It may seem overwhelming, but we’re here to make this as simple as possible!
